I keep the Torch 250 in my emergency kit and it has come in handy more than once. The three charging options are the real selling point: the built-in USB cable is easy for everyday top-ups, the solar panel works fine on a sunny windowsill, and the hand crank saved me during a longer blackout. One minute of cranking gave me roughly two minutes of light, which matches what's described. The red emergency mode and the USB port for charging a phone are nice extras. Bright and half-bright modes help stretch the battery. Construction feels rugged, though it's a bit bulky to carry daily.
